Sharni Vison, who is an American-born Australian dancer and actress, was born 22 July 1983, in Sydney Australia. In the year 201, she made her acting debut on an Australian soap opera called Home and Away. She played a small role in just two episodes. The show was able to select her for the leading character on the Australian soap opera Home and Away due to her performance in this limited part was so captivating that casting agents sought to cast her in different roles. The actress did however audition for the role but was not selected instead during the same episode she was cast in the character of Cassie turner who was a troubled teenager who is placed in foster care.
